What you'd actually do
Teach live sessions
Lead 90-minute live classes over a cohort weekend. Large-group, hands-on, recorded for learners who miss one.
Shape the material
Co-plan the session outline with us before the cohort. You teach your way of working, not a script.
Answer real questions
Learners bring their actual work problems. The Q&A is where a practitioner beats a presenter.
Stay honest
No income promises, no hype, no fake urgency. We teach like mentors, and we ask the same of you.
Who we're looking for
- You use AI hands-on in your day job — PM, engineering, design, data, marketing, ops, or running a business.
- Two-plus years practising the craft you'd teach.
- You can explain things simply — mentoring, team-leading, or teaching experience helps but a good demo beats a title.
- You can commit to one cohort at a time: one live weekend plus a few hours of prep.

Our first mentor is a Senior Product Manager at Microsoft — this engagement is designed around a day job, not against it. Here is what protects you, structurally:
Independent educator, not employment
A professional-services engagement paid per cohort. No second payroll, no PF, no employment relationship created.
Outside your work hours
Sessions run evenings and weekends, scheduled around your job — never during standard working hours.
Your general expertise only
You teach public, general-domain skills. We never ask for — and will not accept — anything confidential to your employer.
We stay off your employer's turf
We won't engage you on subject matter that competes with your employer's business.
No exclusivity, no lock-in
Commit one cohort at a time. Pause or stop whenever you need to — nothing restrains your career.
Disclosure supported
If your contract asks you to disclose or seek approval for outside work, we provide the engagement letter and support that conversation.
Your employer's name, your consent
Your role appears only as a factual bio line. We never use your employer's name or logo in promotion without your written consent.
Your own tools
You teach on your own devices and accounts — never on employer equipment or licenses.
The honest part: whether outside teaching is permitted depends on your employment contract and your employer's policies. India has no law banning it, but exclusivity and conflict-of-interest clauses are enforceable while you're employed. Read your contract before you apply; where approval is required, seek it. We'll support that conversation — we won't decide it for you.

Before you ask
Is this paid?
Yes — a per-cohort professional fee, agreed in plain terms before you commit. We don't publish a number because it depends on scope, and we won't dangle a "earn up to" figure — that's not how we talk to learners either.
Do I need an audience or a personal brand?
No. We're a school, not a creator platform. We care whether you can do the work and explain it — a teaching demo beats a follower count.
Will this get me in trouble with my employer?
That depends on your contract, not on Indian law — there's no statute against outside teaching, but exclusivity clauses are enforceable. Read the "Working full-time?" section above: the engagement is structured as independent, out-of-hours, non-competing educational work, and we support employer disclosure where your contract requires it.
How much time does it take?
One live weekend per cohort — four 90-minute sessions — plus a few hours of prep with us beforehand. Scheduled around your job, and you commit one cohort at a time.
