The AIPreneurs School ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website or buy a course, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We've kept it plain on purpose — if anything is unclear, just reach out.

What we collect

• Details you give us — your name, email address, and phone number when you sign up, join a waitlist, or check out.
• Order and payment details — what you bought and your billing information. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment gateway; we do not see or store your full card or banking details.
• Browsing information — pages you view, device and browser data, and cookies.

Why we collect it

We use your information to deliver the courses you enroll in, set up your access, respond to your questions, send you updates about your learning, and — where relevant — let you know about other courses. We also use it to keep the site secure and to improve how it works.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the partners who help us run the school:

• Shopify — hosts our store and processes orders and payments.
• Our payment gateway — handles the transaction securely.
• Bik — sends helpful messages over WhatsApp, including reminders if you started but didn't finish a purchase.
• ringg.ai — may call you to help with a checkout or answer questions about a course.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — shows you our ads, including retargeting based on pages you've visited.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and retargeting

We use cookies to run the site, remember your preferences, and measure traffic. We also use advertising tools (such as Meta Pixel) so we can show relevant ads to people who've visited us. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings, and adjust ad preferences within each platform.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you have an account or an active relationship with us, and afterwards only as long as needed for our legitimate business and legal obligations. When it's no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent (including opting out of WhatsApp messages or marketing calls) at any time. Calls follow India's DND and telecom rules. To make any request, contact us — we'll respond within a reasonable time.
