Welcome to The AIPreneurs School. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the courses we sell. By enrolling in a course or using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't enroll or use the site.

What we offer

We sell paid online courses that help you get fluent with AI and put it to work in your career. Our courses are paid from the start — there is no free trial or sample. AI Foundations is a two-week hybrid course priced at ₹1,999, paid in full at checkout.

Enrollment and access

When you enroll and pay, you get access to that course's materials for the batch you join. AI Foundations combines pre-recorded core lessons (released over roughly 10 days) with a live weekend. The live sessions are large-group classes, not one-on-one or small-group mentoring. Live sessions are also recorded, so you can catch up on anything you miss. Access is personal to you.

Refunds and deferral

You may request a refund within 14 days of enrollment. After 14 days, enrollment is final. If you can't attend your live weekend, you may defer to the next cohort. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Learner conduct

We want a respectful space for everyone learning with us. You agree to use our courses and community lawfully and considerately — no harassment, no abusive behaviour, and no disrupting sessions for other learners. We may suspend or remove access if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.

Intellectual property

All course materials — lessons, recordings, slides, prompts, and resources — belong to The AIPreneurs School and are licensed to you for your own learning only. You may not copy, resell, publish, or redistribute them, and you may not share your account access or recordings with anyone else.

Outcomes

Our courses are built to make you genuinely more capable with AI, and we put real effort into your learning. That said, what you achieve depends on the work you put in and factors outside our control. We do not promise or guarantee any specific job, salary, income, or career outcome.

Limitation of liability

We provide our courses and site with care, but "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, The AIPreneurs School is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our courses or site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here, and continuing to use our site or courses means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
